Wellness Coaching With Natalia

I offer wellness coaching sessions in-home or online. I have over 15 years of experience in the fitness industry as well as over 7 years of experience in therapeutic bodywork. I hold a Master’s Degree in Psychology.

Sessions are tailored specifically to every client and contain a variety of different therapeutic modalities such as yoga, pilates, assisted stretching, Thai massage, cupping therapy, breath work, guided meditation.

Online sessions will be conducted LIVE enabling immediate feedback.

When working with my private clients, I teach them to listen and connect with themselves on a new level through the practice of mindful breathing and movement. In addition, I provide lifestyle recommendations, educational information (books, articles, videos), make dietary suggestions, and anything else that would help them treat the core of their problems, instead of just employing symptomatic treatment.
