As I jumped on a veganism bandwagon, I discovered lots of amazing vegan alternatives that mimic traditional non-vegan recipes.
In this article, I’m gonna share with you a healthy vegan alternative to ice cream, called NICE CREAM.
The main ingredient of your nice cream is overripe bananas. Get a bunch of bananas and wait for them to get dark, then peel them, slice them and put them in a freezer for at least 3-5 hours, preferably overnight.
After your bananas are frozen, place them in a food processor or a blender (I used my NutriBullet) and blend until nice and creamy. The base of your nice cream is ready.
Then, use your creativity to flavor your nice cream by adding other ingredients, such as berries, peanut butter, nuts, jelly, honey, etc.
My latest nice cream had a handful of strawberries, raspberries, roasted almonds and pecans. YUMMY!!!
